I offer individual (kids, teens, and adults), family and couples therapy, and hypnotherapy services.� I've been in private practice for 6yrs and absolutely love this work.

I work with couples on the brink of divorce (resentment, affairs, loss of love, constant fights, and misunderstandings) to new couples wanting to start with a respectful loving ground. Couples therapy can really help create the relationship you desire and deserve.

Families and parents attend therapy for a variety of reasons.� I work with families who are struggling with fighting, misunderstandings, struggles with clear and connected communication, challenging behaviours. Therapy aims to bring understanding for each other with kindness, respect and love.� While some families attend because of court orders, other families attend to gain guidance around trauma, sharing difficult news (separation or a family death or new diagnosis), to just wanting to establish more connection, love and ease in family dynamics.

I additionally work with individuals, be it as part of the family or couples therapy, or completely separately when individual work is the need and focus.� I work with kids, teens and adults.

I come from both places: professional knowledge and years of experience as well as lived experience of eating disorder as a teen, to divorce, to parenting two autistic souls as a single parent.� Understanding, empathy, kindness and practical life applications are all offered within sessions.

Spiritual hypnotherapy and clinical hypnotherapy is also a service offered in conjunction with talk therapy.
